The next morning was all about skiing. I headed to Cardrona. I haven’t skied for many years so I took it slow. By  my 4th time down the mountain, I was getting a little overconfident and I stacked it! One of my skis came off and my leg ended up behind the other with the ski still attached. Attempting to get up was impossible so I lay there for a bit. Eventually two lovely ladies skied by me and asked me if I was ok. I said “yep, just relaxing for a bit”. They laughed and were kind enough to help me up and I was on my way.
